View of Arles, Orchards In Blossom

View of Arles, Orchards In Blossom is a painting by Vincent van Gogh that he did in the spring of 1889. The original title of the painting is in French, "Vue d'Arles, vergers en fleurs".

Van Gogh actually produced several paintings on the subject of Flowering Orchards during his stay in Arles.

The painting offers us many contrasts, to the left background we see the towers of Saint-Trophime and Notre-Dame-le-major, to the right we see the buildings of the casern housing the Zouave Regiment. Vincent added this painting to his works to be displayed at Les XX, in Bruxelles 1890.
